Doppler Effect Simulation

The Doppler effect is divided into two parts. The source is moving to the observer and moving away from the observer.

That's done with pitch shifting, but NAudio does not support it at this moment, am I right?

How am I supposed to implement the Doppler effect in NAudio?

Is it possible to change the frequency of the sound while playing and change the pitch that way?
