Deformed wave header???

Hello, I just examined some wav files generated by the ResamplerDmo. In each header I found two extra bytes before the 'data' chunk header. Also, "the length of format data" value is 18 while it is supposed to be 16 (like specified in the WaveFormat). Could you please check it out?

Thanks.

that's fine. 18 is just a WAVEFORMATEX

Thanks for the clarification, Mark. Is there any mean of using the standard waveformat instead?

you might have to make your own customised WaveFileWriter class. You can base it on the existing NAudio code.

Hmm, I hope I find my way around the source code. If only it was more documented. Anyway, thanks for your time and effort Mark.
